Smart money on Blockmetric is a list you can check: the wallets that lead the official Hyperliquid leaderboard by all-time profit, by profit over the last 30 days or by all-time return, without vaults, market makers, hedged books and profits that do not come from trading.

Each list walks down the official leaderboard until it holds its number of wallets that pass every filter below, so a removed wallet makes room for the next one. A wallet can be on more than one list: 303 are. Of the 1,424 wallets, 1,000 came in through all-time PnL, 390 through the 30-day list and 34 through ROI (at most 2,000 in all). Only wallets of the newest leaderboard read count, with at least $100 in the account.

A wallet is counted under the first rule that matches, in the order of the table. Profit alone does not make a trader: these rules keep out money that is pooled, quoted or hedged.

On top, trades on the 80 Hyperliquid coins with the most open interest and 20 HIP-3 markets arrive within seconds from the trade stream; a change on another coin shows at the next poll. These intervals are for wallets with an open position: one that held none at its last read is read every 6 h from $100K and every 48 h below, and at once when it trades $10K or more on one of these coins. 583 smart wallets hold a tracked open position right now.

A convergence event fires when 3 or more smart wallets open, add to or flip into the same side of one coin within 60 minutes, each with at least $100K, and at most half as many smart wallets add the other side. Trades from the stream and position polls both count; each wallet counts once, with its largest add.

1,424 wallets, from 2,267 leaderboard wallets checked; 843 of those were left out by the filters.
The leaderboard is read every 6 h and the list is rebuilt from it every 10 min. A wallet drops out when it falls below the cut of every list it was on or when a filter starts to match.
It may rank below the cut of all three lists, match one of the filters (vault, market maker, hedged book, profit not from trading), hold less than $100 right now or no longer appear in the leaderboard file.
The all-time list alone misses traders who are good now but started late, and its top is crowded with airdrop holders and market makers. The 30-day list adds current performers with a real account and a positive history; the ROI list adds large traders with a high return whose absolute profit is below the all-time cut.
