Redistribution & white-label: Show, resell or embed Hyperliquid-derived data under your own brand, as agreed in the contract; exchange data only by separate agreement, where its source allows it.
SLA: Availability commitment above the 99.5% of the paid plans, credits and response times by contract.
Dedicated support: A named contact, onboarding and change notices before API changes.
Custom endpoints: Feeds, aggregations, coins or delivery formats you need (e.g. S3 / SFTP drops of the archive).

Security & compliance

for procurement and security reviews

API keys: Shown once, stored only as a keyed hash plus the last 4 characters. Optional expiry date, IP allowlist (CIDR) and scopes per key; revoke one or all at any time. Keys end in a checksum so secret scanners recognise leaked keys.
Transport: HTTPS only (plain http is refused), keys only in headers; a key in a URL is rejected. Every response carries a request id for tracing.
Webhooks: Every delivery is signed (HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp and body, 5-minute tolerance); signing secrets are stored encrypted and can be rotated.
Accounts: Optional two-factor login (TOTP) with hashed recovery codes; optionally an e-mail when an API key is used from a new network.
Backups: Daily online database backup, verified with an integrity check before older copies are rotated.
Privacy: GDPR: hosting provider, processors and retention are listed in the privacy policy; payments are handled by the payment provider, card data never reaches our servers.
Availability: Measured every minute and published with a 90-day history on status; SLA for paid plans, stronger commitments by contract.
