RPC plans and billing
How is it billed?
For businesses, in USD, prices excl. VAT (reverse charge or VAT per your country, VAT ID at checkout). Global plans monthly or yearly: a year costs 12 months minus the yearly discount (Starter, Growth and Scale 10%), rounded down. Dedicated throughput is billed monthly; a yearly term is an Enterprise contract. Plan changes are one step on your dashboard (Upgrade, Downgrade, Switch to yearly): upgrades apply at once and pro rata, downgrades at the end of the period. Invoices and cancellation are in the billing portal.
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 request, the same on every chain. Heavy calls such as eth_getLogs and block receipts count 2, trace and debug calls 5. eth_chainId and net_version are free, and requests we refuse cost nothing.Credits and weights
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 1,000,000 credits per month, 10 requests per second and every open chain. No card needed; the account's e-mail address must be confirmed.
What happens at my limit?
Above your requests per second you get HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. When the monthly credits are used up, requests answer 429 until the 1st (UTC), unless you switch on overage with a monthly cap. We e-mail you at 80 % and 100 %.
Does API Pro include RPC?
Yes. API Pro includes the RPC Starter allowance (10,000,000 credits per month) while the Global plans are open.
Is there an SLA?
No SLA on the plans booked online. We run health checks and failover across upstream nodes and show the state per chain. Support by e-mail, answered within 1–2 business days.
