Incidents
SLA · paid plans
Target: 99.5% monthly availability of the API (UTC month). Measured every minute as above: a 5-minute slot is available when the API answered and the core data was not down; slots without a measurement count as unavailable.
Below target, paid subscriptions get a service credit for the unavailable time, pro rata to the monthly fee (yearly plans: yearly price ÷ 12), at least 10% and at most 100% of the monthly fee. Credits go to the next invoice; they are not paid out. We apply them for every affected account without a claim; write to support if one is missing. Trials, Free and accounts billed by a marketplace follow their own terms.
