On 2025-11-03 attackers exploited Balancer V2 Composable Stable Pools on several networks including Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Arbitrum. Whitehats and internal rescue operations recovered approximately $8M in user funds, with about $19.7M in osETH/osGNO handled separately by StakeWise, according to Balancer DAO governance posts.
