Summary
On 2025-09-12 an attacker who had compromised most Shibarium validators drained bridge assets worth more than $4 million, including about 23% of the KNINE token supply, according to K9 Finance DAO. K9 blacklisted the stolen KNINE, but the tokens remained unrecovered.
